Kuumba Made Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Retail customers may request a return of unused, unopened product purchased directly from Kuumba Made within 30 days of the purchase date within the United States, and 45 days for international orders.
We do not process Amazon or wholesale returns. Returns bought from third party vendors may only be processed through that vendor.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund will be issued.
Authorization from Kuumba Made’s retail team is required.
Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items:
Fragrance Oils.
Opened or used products.
Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale.
Items sold as a set, including Gift Sets, Face Care Routines, Fragrance Collections, etc.
Gift cards.
Unused and unopened products purchased with gift cards will be issued Kuumba Made store credit.
How to Return:

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping:
Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the retail customer unless the return is due to Kuumba Made’s error.
Kuumba Made is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier
