How do I sign up for the rewards program? 

Join for free by creating an account on kuumbamade.com. Simply sign up with your name, email, and password and start earning rewards today!

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

No, if you already have an account, you were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Please note that only one rewards account is created per person, even if you have multiple customer accounts. 

Earning & Redeeming

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by creating an account, following us on social media, and earning points for every dollar spent, plus more! Check out the "Ways to Earn" section for full details.

How do I redem my points?

Redeeming your points for amazing rewards is a breeze! Just visit our Rewards Page to explore all the available reward options. View your reward options and simply click the 'Redeem' button to use your points and claim your reward.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire after one year of inactivity. This includes not interacting with our program, such as redeeming points or placing an order.

When will I get my birthday discount?

If your birthday is more than 30 days away when you sign up, you'll receive your reward on your birthday. If your birthday is less than 30 days away, you'll need to wait 30 days from the date you set your birthday. This waiting period is in place to prevent fraud, ensuring all customers have at least 30 days between setting their birthday and receiving the reward.

Can I use my points with a promo code?

Unfortunately, you cannot use both points and a promo code at the same time.

What should I do if I have more questions regarding my account status, points, etc.?

Are shipping discounts available for international orders? 

Unfortunately, our free shipping threshold only applies to orders within the U.S. For orders outside of the U.S., international shipping rates will apply.

I should have earned points for a purchase or incentive, but my account balance hasn't changed. Did I get credit?

Yes, you should have earned points for your purchase or incentive! Points can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to appear in your account due to system delays.

If you still don’t see the points, try these steps:

  1. Refresh your browser.
  2. Log out and then log back into your account.
  3. Check your 'Rewards History' to see if the points have been added. This section shows the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, and any redemptions.

If your points balance still seems incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
