Our Fair-Trade Argan Facial Oil is produced by the Al Amal Women’s Cooperative in Morocco with fruit collected from groves that have been with their families through many generations.
The members of the co-op still collect, dry, and crack the argan kernels by hand in the traditional way, then cold-extract the oil to best preserve the dense nutrient value.
We happily support the fair wages and stakeholder positions the cooperative ensures for its members, which have great and lasting effects in the lives of the women, their families, and the local community.
