I'm a diabetic with neuropathy in my feet. I've tried several creams over the years including by RX and this is far and away the BEST thing I've found! Have gone through two small jars but I'm buying the big one this time. I take a medication for neuropathy and use this for breakthrough nerve pain. I even use it on my knees in place of the strain and sprain compound. It's a great product and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone with chronic neurosensory issues. Yes, it may be a bit greasy but under socks it's a delight to painful feet!
