Yes, your points will expire after one year of inactivity if you’re a Seed or Sprout loyalty member, and after two years if you’re a Bloom member.

If your birthday is more than 30 days away when you sign up, you’ll receive your reward on your birthday. If your birthday is less than 30 days away, you’ll need to wait 30 days from the date you set your birthday. This waiting period is in place to prevent fraud, ensuring all customers have at least 30 days between setting their birthday and receiving the reward. 

You can earn birthday bonus points by adding your birth date to the form on your profile page.

Yes, you should have earned points for your purchase or incentive! Points can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to appear in your account due to system delays.

Step 1: Refresh your browser. 

Step 2: Log out and then log back into your account. 

Step 3: Check your ‘Rewards History’ to see if the points have been added. This section shows the number of options earned, how and when they were earned and any redemptions.
